Harry Potter in Globlizing and localizing world. 

Hello friends, today I prepared one introductory review of “harry potter in a globalizing and localizing world” An article from JSTAR, prepared by Robert l.pfaltzgrraff,Jr.

He presented here “harry potter and international relations edited by Daniel H.nexon and Iver B.neumann.

After  the world war -1 , the middle of the cold war, or the start of the twenty –first century war against terrorism. At that time this ‘harry potter’ is written, so , there is also some impact of that time. The popular culture and political issues, and how internationatonal  theory is encompass Daniel nexon and Iver Neumann point out in their introduction , that now a days there has  been an interest of people is greatly in popular culture and international political. One has to only see television series to know someone’s life or political life as it is part of popular culture while fiction and reality are differ . The “facts” of  international politics constitutes , first order representations  of political life. Whereas popular Entertainment is second –order  representation. The popular culture influences these relationships or our understanding of them.

Harry potter and international relations contributes to the literature that explores how popular culture molds national identity and how aspects of local culture may clash with the process of Globalizing. But there is no any evidence that the series of harry potter book has shaped foreign policy or International politics.In two chapters of harry potter and International Relations , there is cultural globalization has met with resistance , is discussed.

The harry potter series has been translated in sixty languages. This is because it is may be Easy and understand within a particular cultural setting. These forces represent a monumental  clash between Global cultural homogenization and cultural differentiation. Harry potter books more relevant to a specific cultural or societal setting. It  can make them more Under stable and there by facilitate opposition to them “ In the name of a more or a less pure or unsullied traditional past”. How harry potter books relate to international relations. Because the books are about boarding school  life, The world of harry potter contains danger and violence , Friends and Enemies. It resembles in many ways. The world depicted In realist theory with its security dilemmas and territorial relationships.

Conclusion:

Harry potter’s world is on imagination. The character of roalings is multicultural it is not universal. If students have not read   the harry potter  series nexon, Neumann , and their  contribututors give them an incentive to do so.  Like   harry potter , the world of international relations is filled with mysterious problems for which the solutions are readily apparent, But behind which lurk dark dangers.

બસ સમય જતો રે છે તો શા માટે આટલી ચિંતા કરવી???

લ્યો સમય ને ક્યાં શરમ છે! એતો આપણે જ મૂર્ખ કાયમ થી કે રાહ જોયા કરવી યોગ્ય સમય ની . એવું જ હોય કે બધું સમય એની જાતે જ કરી લે છે તો આપણે કેમ આટલા ચિંતા માં હોઈએ છીએ ભવિષ્ય ની બાબત માં.
આમ વાતો મોટી મોટી કરવી કે બધું " સમય સમય બલવાન હૈં સમય સમય ને માન ...." જયારે ખરેખર પ્રેક્ટિકલી પોતાને અનુભવ થાય ત્યારે બધી ડાહી ડાહી વાતો પોતાના દફતર માં  પૅક થઇ જાય. ત્યારે પોતાનુ સહસ્ત્ર જ્ઞાન ઘાસ ચરવા ગ્યું હોય. સલાહ દેવી કેટલી સહેલી હોય છે,પણ અનુસરવી એજ સલાહ ને એટલી જ અઘરી. આપણે કેટલા નબળા હોઈએ છીએ નહીં !
એવું બને છે કે મારી પાસે કાંઈ જ નથી હોતું બોલવાનું છતાંય કેટલુંય ગૂંચવાયા કરતુ હોય છે હૃદય માં. જયારે બોલવાનું શરુ કરું છું ત્યારે સૈફ પાલનપુરી જેવી લાગણીઓ નો મારો થાય છે મારા પર..

શબ્દો ની છે દીવાલ ને દફનાઈ રહ્યો છું"

મને મારી જ લાગણીઓ ગૂંગળાવ્યા કરે છે. શું કરવા તમને ખબર ? મને વિશ્વાસ નથી મારી  આવતી કાલ પર . મને એમ થાય કે મારી દરેક ક્ષણો ને ખોબા ભરી ભરી માણી લઉ .મને પાક્કી ખબર છે આ સમય ફરીથી ક્યારેય નહિ આવે . એક ક્ષણ હાથ માંથી છૂટી ગઈ પછી ક્યારેય પાછી નહિ આવે.બિલકુલ નદી ના પાણી ની જેમ જે સતત વહ્યા જ કરે છે. આપણે નદી માં ડૂબકી મારીએ પછી એની એ નદી માંથી બહાર નથી નીકળતા .એજ રીતે સમય સતત સરતો જ રહે છે . હા કેટલાક મહાનુભાવો કહે છે કોઈ પણ ક્ષણ પર રોકાઈ ના જવું જોઈએ. કારણ કે ભરાય ગયેલા પાણી જલ્દી ખરાબ થઇ જાય છે જયારે વહેતુ પાણી નિર્મલ રહે છે. તો શું આપણે કાયમ દોડ્યા જ કરવાનું? જેમ તરસ્યું હરણ ઝાંઝવા ના  જળ પાછળ દોડ્યા કરે એમ ! જયારે ખબર જ છે કે આ આંધળી દોટ આપણે જેની પાછળ લગાવી રહ્યા છીએ એતો ભ્રમ માત્ર છે. છતાંય આપણે દોડ્યા જ કરીયે છીએને!!! આપણે કોઈ પણ કારણ વગર બોલો વર્ષો સુધી દોડી શકીયે  છીએ કેવી આશ્ચર્ય ની વાત છે નહિ?
પછી વૃદ્ધ થવી ને કોઈક ના ઓટલા પર બેઠા હશું ને ...કોઈ યુવાનિયા કંઈક નવું સર્જન કરતા હશે કે કંઈક સ્વતંત્રતા થી જીવન જીવવા માટે ની પદ્ધતિ અપનાવતા હશે ત્યારે જોઈ જોઈ ને બસ મન માં તો બળાપો હશે કે આપણે આ પેઢી માં જન્મ્યા હોત તો સારું થાત પણ ખુલ્લા માં પોતાને મીઠી દ્રાક્ષ નથી મળી એવું તો સ્વીકારાય નહીં એટલે ચાલી નીકળે એ  દ્રાક્ષ ને ખાટી બનાવવા. ને પછી શરુ થાય નવી પેઢી ને જૂની પેઢી વચ્ચે નો 'જનરેશન ગેપ'  ...સમય નું અંતર જે વધતું જ જાય  છે કારણ આપણે પોતે !!! તો ચાલો ને આપણે કોઈ માટે જનરેશન ગેપ નું ઉદાહરણ બનવા કરતા બે પેઢી વચ્ચે સમય નો સાંધો કરીયે. જૂનું હોય એમાં સારું સારું યાદ રાખવા કરતા આપણે નવા સમય ના ફાયદા જોવા નો પ્રયત્ન કરીયે. પણ આ સમય સાથે ચાલી શકશો? કે મારી જેમ પીડાયા કરશો?? પોતાનું હોવાનું કારણ શોધવા માં સમય જતો રહેશે .ને બસ ઢસડાયા કરવું પડશે . વહેતા પ્રવાહ ના સામે ચાલવું હોય તો સંઘર્ષ તો રહેશે જ ને?
જયારે બધા ને રાજકારણ ના ગરમા ગરમ ચર્ચા ના મુદ્દા માં રસ હોય ત્યારે તમારે સુંદર ગુલાબ ની પાંખડી પર નિબંધ લખવો હોય. જયારે લોકો પોતાના કામ ની જગ્યાએ પોતાના જ કામ પર ધ્યાન આપતા હોય ત્યારે તમને એ વ્યક્તિ કેમ આટલી બધી કાર્યશીલ રહી શકે છે એમ ગુસ્સો આવતો હોય. જયારે તમારી આજુબાજુ બધા ને સર્ટિફિકેટ ની ચિંતા હોય ત્યારે તમે તો હજી એજ વિચારવામાં મશગુલ હો કે આ આભ્યાસક્રમ માં એક યુનિટ માં આટલા બધા મુખ્ય મુદ્દાઓ કેમ રાખતા હશે!
આપણે તો દૂધ સાથે કામ રાખવાનું હોય ગાય નું હોય કે ભેંસ નું !વાછડી આવી કે વાછરડો એનાથી આપણે શું? જયારે બધા તો દૂધ માંથી પોરા પણ શોધી લેતા હોય!!  શોધી લીધા પછીયે નાના છોકરા જેમ જ વિવાદ કરતા હોય.
