This book is about the summary of the academy called Vishvabharati which was established by Ravindranath tagor in 19th century. here amritlal vegad noted that it was really very crazy idea to run such wide instutution and the teacher who were in that institution were passionate about to work in too. tht's the reason ,the Shantiniketan was such a beautifull place to study.Vedad went there to learn  drawing. or we can call now a days diploma in painting.He very firstly enters nandlal basu's Hall called "kala bhavan" . shanti niketan was the place which was very famous for its beautifull campus and studious atmosphere and morever his Founder Tagor.

Vegad said about the beauty of the shantiniketan in these words " તડકો કલાકૃતિ નથી. પરંતુ આ જ તડકો જ્યારે વર્ષા નાં જળબિંદૂઓથી ભીંજાય , ભીંજાઈ મેઘધનું બને , ત્યારે કલાકૃતિ બની જાય. કલાકૃતિ નાં સર્જન માટે કલાકાર નું ભીંજાવું જરુરી છે." these was the message of nandbabu which was not directly communicated but By cards it were spread. 

he describes all the people who were there in the shantiniketan with vegad and make their hostel days juicy for them and memorable for them. 

all the people with whom they came in contact had spent fruitfull time with him. they didn't teach or prech but they show by their work. he mention name like Nandbabu, Xiti babu, vinod da, mohanlal bajpeyi, avnindra nath, ravindranath etc etc...

vinod da habituted to tell him "if you wanna do something best ,you should have your heart best and By your nobel work your heart grows."

Nandbabu has his unique style to convey message by Cards. hr wrote single liners on cards and decorate it with beautiful drawing colours.

There was four year course of Kalabhavan.35 students were living as well 20 girls. there was no Seniority or junior ,all were equal.

'Kalo Badi' કાલોબાડી is one of the fascinating center of the Shantiniketan. it was constructed with simple soil and mud. No cement concrete were used. 7 rooms  and music center were in the kalobadi. all the campus was full of mango trees.

Sometime they can hear mastermashay's tell. they lovingly call  nandbabu as Mastermashay. one of talk he noted here. like.."તમે જ્યારે ચિત્રો બનાવશો તો એમાં સારાં ચિત્રો પણ થશે અને તમારી પ્રશંશા પણ થશે. આ પ્રશંશા ભયજનક છે. તમે જ્યારે નવું ચિત્ર બનાવવા જશો, ત્યારે મનમાં ખટકો લાગ્યો રહેશે કે ક્યાંક આ એની જોડનું ન થયું તો લોકો હસશે. આ ભયને લીધે કામ રોકાઈ જશે. "

Amrutlal tell here that Shantiniketan has develope feeling of ecstacy and that sight which can see beauty around the world. 

When we read "Smrutionu shantiniketan" we can see that it is very resembles with #Gandhiji' s #Buniyadi talim and his nai talim education system and motessorie system from japan which is whole reflected in Toto chan by #tetsuko koroyanagi. 

1948 to 1953 ,vegad lived there and tried to put whole shantiniketan memories on a paper. he has tresure of memories of shantiniketan in his heart.it was 50 years ago.

" પાંચ વર્ષ પહેલાં ઠીક આ જ રસ્તેથી હૂઁ આવ્યો હતો, એ જ રસ્તેથી પાછો જઈ રહ્યો છું. ધીરે ધીરે શાન્તિનીકેતન દેખાતું બંધ થઈ ગ્યું.વીરભૂમ ની ધરતી પાછળ પાછળ જઇ રહી હતી. જ્યારે ટ્રેને અજય નદીનો પુલ ઓળંગ્યો ,ત્યારે લાગ્યું કે ખરેખર શાન્તિનિકેતન છૂટી ગયું."

Most of the time i don't spend time to write bookreviews or anything which is special to me. i think its part of my nature or laziness.

But while i went through #દિવા સ્વપ્ન by #Giju bhai badheka, i couldn't stop myself to writedown something about this perticular book.
First of all i like to tell about titel "દિવા સ્વપ્ન "
titel itself inspire us to think about some dream which are #Day dreams means those imaginations which are seen by open eyes not in subconscious mind or during sleep time. it is very difficult to make them Real which are imaginative thoughts but Nothing is impossible in the world is also true. when somebody starts dreaming of something deeply ,itself it come to us whether it is near or far, difficult or easy. one should dream first,that is the basic condition. second thing, your thought must be your burning desire so that it can make fire in you to work. because #उधमेंन ही सिध्यन्ति कार्याणि न  मनोरथे ,न ही सुप्तस्य सिंहस्य प्रविष्यति मुखे मृगा:।   Hardwork is necessary.
Gijubhai badheka 15november1885 to 23june 1939. nick name "#મૂછાળી માં". His great contribution in education system and  Litertaure will last  for forever.nothing can be compare with his skill and methods.

Gijubhai Himself went to school ,and started working with 4rth std. students.he describes how he was tackle by Teachers of that school. he faces satire on him but he didn't hesistate to do his work.spend full year with the kids and innovated so many techniques of teaching method and skill on How to Teach Kids.As being teacher i can really feel that what would happen with him as being non experience teacher and directly have to teach little students.
he spent his 3 months for Story telling , library, good reading.As well as he told students to come with good Hair cutting, clean uniform and well hair comb too.so in starting 3 months he couldn't pay attention on Other subjects like Gujrati, maths or history. but after three months he started dictation with std 4rth who even don't know how to write or pronounce words.
To build Library in the school he told students for money ,by which they always buy their text books But this time they bought extra reading story books instead of text books. In this way he collected so many books in std. 4rth classroom library.
finally the day come, when education inspector come for inspection.he pleased with this new way of Learnig and Teaching skills. finally he announced that we should throw our old primary teaching method and Make change or update in our Oldish teaching Methods. badheka, i couldn't stop myself to writedown something about this perticular book.
