book report ' khal khal vaheti taras' by nanalal jebliya
book report of 'Amizarna'
film review of ' mohe - jo - daro'
The film starts off with the era of 2016 bc in the north. west region. it is historical movie. The movie maker Ashutosh gowariker presenting history with new frame, And he also keep Audience in his mind.
During 1920-21 period , in city at sindh and punjab , historical things like designed coin , sparrows , kitchen set made from soil, bed , chairs, sparrows were found. it is called as '' sindhu khin sanskriti'' their house were well build like engineer's plan. so we can say that people at that harappa and and mohe jo daro were very intelligent.
The lead Role is played by hritik roshan (as sermen) and villain role is played by kabir bedi (as maham) .
sermen dreamt a animal who had one horn on it's head , and listened a music. He don't know what was it. But we were shown that it was mohenjo-daro's worship song. When public of mohen jo daro pray the goddess of ' sindhu' they sings that song. and that animal is vehicle of godess.
sermen desires to Mohenjo-daro-city. and After so many try his uncle permit him to go there.
Here In mohenjo- daro, there is mixture of people , because there is out sider comes for business. and so , in music evening. Different people presents their different culture.
maham is rulling over that town , everybody worships the river ' sindhu' but maham construct dam on river for gold. And so water stopped. and so drought created.
then sermen fights with maham and win. and at that time heavy rain falls. and flood comes.
but serman shifted all d people of town on island. And when flood goes they started new life on bank of ganga.
though this film goes flop. because now days people don't like flat movie.they need some masala kind of content instead of history. and our sir Dilip barad discussed in the class that people never accept that the developer things can destroy anyones life.
Thanks you.

Rivers and tides
Rivers and tides - Andy goldswarthy working with time.
Rivers and tides is a 2001 documentary film directed by Thomas Goldsworthy.
Andy Goldsworthy who is an artist whose speciality is sculptures made from elements of nature. which lasts for few times. we watch Goldsworthy builds man sized standing " eggs" of stacked slate on a beach between tides. And then it is drown by tides. He speaks simply " The work has been given to the see as gift "
But that egg was as it is , as it was his art so it couldn't destroy.
He does his work by giving his 100% attention , and fully concentration. he made his work as meditation.
- He plucked lots of yellow flower and put it in mountain stones beautifully.
Artist uses sheep' s wool and designed it on stones , it became border and gives new look , as we see in drawing.
The film maker Riedelsheimer wittily shows us a work in progress or a piece of the whole , that we don't understand.
it tries to give us the sight to watch nature how it is pregmatic itself. it always take birth by itself and blossoms.birth of lamb is beautifully picturise.
The Goldsworthy at least creates a large wall which is in shape of river.
He always thinks that he is flowing of water. he is proving that '' Change is nature" and what he had created has to destroy by itself. What is born is going to die.
there is his family shown us. it is also necessary because when a artist wants to create something he should have to pay his fully concentration on it and so he, can't give attention on his personal life but Goldsworthy's wife and family co - operates with him . In this way this documentary short film is very beautiful.
Syllabus design
The syllabus identifies what will be worked upon by the teacher and students in terms of content selected to be appropriate to overall aims. Methodology refers to how teachers and learners work upon the content , whilst evaluation is the process of assessing out comes from the learning and judging the appropriateness of other elements of the curriculum.
A syllabus may be formally documented , as in the aims and content of a national or institutional syllabus for particular groups of learners of ( less explicitly perhaps) in the content material of published textbooks.
any syllabus ideally should provide :
- a clear frame work of knowledge and capabilities selected to be appropriate to overall aims;
- countinuity and a sense of direction in classroom work for teacher and students ;
- a record for other teachers of what has been covered in the course;
- a basis for evaluating students' progress;
- a basis for evaluating the appropriateness of the course in relation to overall aims and students needs identified both before and during the course;
- content appropriate to the broader language curriculum , the particular class of learners , and the educational situation and wider society in which the course is located.
two main task types are identified in task syllabus may be constituted of
(1) communicative or target like tasks
(2) metacommunicative or learning tasks.

Class room interaction - amy B.M Tsui
Class room interaction - amy B.M Tsui
the term classroom interaction refers to the interaction between the teacher and learners and amongst the learners , in the classroom. teacher and learner beliefs , social and cultural back ground of the teacher and learners , and the psychological aspects of second and foreign language learning - providing further insights into the complexities of classroom interaction. Descriptions of classroom interaction focused initially on the language used by the teacher , especially teacher questions and the learner responses elicited , teachers' feedback and turn allocation behaviour. These features were examined in light of how they affected interaction and the opportunities for learners to engage in language production. Research was conducted on the questions asked by the teacher and the types of pupil talk generated in various content subjects in L1 classrooms including mathematics , science and humanities subjects. When teachers fail to elicit any response from the learners , they often need to modify their questions. Observable interaction could be affected by a number of factors , e.g . individual learning styles : while some learn better by actively participating , other learn better by listening and internalising the input. Another factor is learners psychological state : Horwitz et al .observe that learning a foreign language is a pscholically unsettling process, threatening learners' self - esteem as a competent communicator. johnson includes learners perception of classroom events as an important part of understanding classroom processes. One effective way is to ask teachers to video - tape their own lessons and examine questions which fail to elicity responses. classroom interaction started off with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of teaching methodologies and the behaviours of effective teachers.
Approaches and methods in language teaching
Second language teacher education Introduction
Second language teacher education Introduction: second language (l2) teacher education describes the field of professional activity through which individual learn to teach l2s. In terms commonly used in the field , these formal activities are generally referred to as teacher training. The field of teacher education is a relatively underexplored one in both second and foreign language teaching. The literature on teacher education in language teaching is slight compared with the literature on issues such as methods and techniques for classroom teaching.( Richard and Nunan 1990) The gap between teacher Education and teacher learning ironic that L2 teacher education has concerned itself very little with how people actually learn to teach . Rather , the focus has conventionally been on the subject matter -what teacher should know - and to a lesser degree on pedagogy - how they should teach it. The notion that there is a learning process that undergirds , if not directs , teacher education is a very recent one. 1 what is the nature of teaching and of teachers knowledge?? 2 How is it most adequately documented and understood ?? 3. How is it created , influenced or changed through the interventions of teacher education.? Thus there have been two ongoing debates in teacher education over the past two decades. there was also a political problem that , whithin this research tradition, definitions of teaching and teachers' professional knowledge were determined not by practitioners but by people outside the classroom. for researchers, the aim was to abstract teaching from contextual variables of place and time, and thus to improve its respectability through the use of positivist science . To this end , research focused on teaching as discrete behaviours which could be distanced from the contexts within which they occurred. the teacher education matters ; the question. is how and how to improve it. thanks.

Task based language learning
Task based language learning by Dave Willis and Willis.
Task based learning ( TBL) involves the specification not of a sequence of language items , but of sequence of communicative tasks to be carried out in the target language.
J.Willis (1996) defines a task as an activity ' Where the target language is used by the learner for a communicative purpose (goal) in a communicative task is seen as bringing about an outcome through the exchange of meanings.
One obvious outcome is the exchange of information in spoken or written form.
One feature of TBL , therefore, is that learners carrying out a task are free to use any language they can to achieve the outcome: language forms are not prescribed in advance. As language users , human beings have an innate capacity to work out ways of expressing meanings. Learners do not simply take note of new language input and attempt to reproduce it.
Skehan (1992) suggests that learning is prompted by the need to communicate , but argues that learning will be more efficient if :
1) There is a need to focus on accuracy within a task based methodology.
2) There is a critical focus on language form within the task based cycle.
TBL like CLT rests on broad principles rather than precise recommendations or prescriptions.
The need for a focus on form within a task based methodology may be met in part by manipulating the circumstance of communication in the classroom.
Reviews on the movie' Reluctant Fundamentalist'
'The reluctant Fundamentalist ' is a 2012 political thriller drama film based on the 2007 novel, the Reluctant Fundamentalist by mohsin Hamid , Directed by mira nair.
Mohsin is well known English writer in Pakistan. This movie is all about political controversy and all attack, Idea of east and west , American dream of changez. changez khan, the hero of the novel live in Pakistani , tells his life to an american journalist who is also secret agent of CIA.
Changez got job jn American , he was happy. but he has to suffers a lot.Because of being a Pakistan American police caught change doubting upon him.this shows that how a pakistani man has to suffer in other country .changez feelszthat hypocrisy ,ignorance is there in america and so his dream breaks. He has to prove his identity everywhere in America.
Changez khan told his students about his American dream , but now he is not an American lover , now be is a Pakistani lover.
Then the American police thought that he is a member of any terrorist group and he is also responsible for this terrorist attack on the world trade center.
As post colonial learners , this movie is very Appropriate.
My reviews on the movie' midnight children'
In this movie we can find historical facts and magic realism.
The whole movie shows History what happen during the time when Bharat -Pakistan were parted.
What happen to children who were born on 14th august , the children's destiny was parted. RICH BECAME RICH AND POOR BECAME POOREST.
so, nurse marry thought "Let be rich to poor and poor to rich" she exchanged children.
- saleem who was born poor uses the dialogue .' I AM CHILD OF DESTINY' and so he don't have any identity. At the end he had son but not his own child. But saleem accept him. Saleem findout that nurse, Once more he builds his loving family.
In the film there are so many incidents which reflects post colonial aspects.
-Suffering of ' saleem' as being pakisatani in british school.
- Two faces of women. mumtaz loves the men named ' Nadir ' but because of her family she was married to Methwold.
And later parul does that situation her own self. she loves saleem but called the shiva for marriage.
- Shiva hates the rich family. because he was teased by them in childhood.
- Though plot is difficult to understand because it takes change by time and place. and needs much attention but very unique it is.
Thank you.

Here below are my responses for above mentioned task on Oriental ism from the interview of Edward Said
Respected Sir,
Here below are my responses for above mentioned task on Oriental ism from the interview of Edward Said:-
2. Mainly ‘other’ is questioned here. It ultimately a point to question. The issue that focus on real concern at least for other.
6. Earth is round and it moves continuously. It means whatever is round / moving is definitely comes at it’s before place again between that our experiences and past mentality works within.
